Learning outcomes

To make learning more research and development oriented in the curriculum, it is necessary to deliver every course (depending on course type) both core and elective with two components: strong research and development bias.

The courses delivery should emphasize more student time on research (including reporting/presenting their work/results) and development and less in class. This enables students to learn how to conduct research as well as to learn the various research methodologies.

The student is expected to have a good grasp of the latest techniques and methods in the chosen field of specialisation. Solving real life problems in each theme or a number of topics will enhance the students’ understanding of the problem based learning techniques.
